The lips on my wheels are chrome so I bought chrome polish for that part but the face of the wheels are brushed aluminum. So if I use chrome on the brushed part, will it hurt anything? I just dont want to have to use 2 different types of polishes on each wheel since that's kind of a pain in the butt.

 

The guy from a detailing shop told me that I should never use chrome polish on aluminums.
