Ok, so the newest problem that I have been noticing is that the parking break isnt holding the car as it should. If im parked on a hill I have to put it in 4th and hope that the car still wont roll. So I was wondering if the rear brakes on the Tib were disk drum or how the parking brake is setup. And hopefully someone can tell me how to fix this little problem

It could be a couple things.
The simple fix would be that the parking brake cable needs to be tightened. You can do that from inside your center console.
The harder fix is that your "rear caliper" is starting to seize. It will need to be serviced. It isn't that hard. If you don't service your brakes on a frequent basis you will find that they will seize on you.

Look at your rear brakes, if they have a DISK, then they are disk brakes.
The fronts are ALL disk, so you can see what they look like there.

and don't park in 4th gear! it's much easier to roll in 4th than in 1st.
you should park in 1st or Rear.
you should park in 1st or Rear.
your car wont roll in any gear either way... not under its own weight anyways....

how is the handbrake handle? If it is starting to rise a bit, it could be your cables. Right before I killed my tib, I had replaced the passengerside cable. The original had siezed and then broken off where the cable exits the housing at the caliper
