I'm going to buy a new set of wheels/ tires in the next few days and have a question. The wheels i'm getting are 16x7 4-114.3 and have a offset of 38. Now am i going to have to use hubcentric rings or can i go with out them ? Also, the tires are 205/45-16 . Do you think that they will rub or should i be fine? I have the stock suspension so i'm not lowered or anything. Thanx for any help.

you should be fine with stock suspension. you will need hubcentric rings no matter what though. they center the wheel on the hub to get rid of vibrations you will otherwise definately feel. they dont have any part in spacing/fitting unless they are hubcentric spacers, whch is a spacer with the little lip in the middle that centers the wheel on the hub.
