just got some new rims and i need to find lugs for them. What is the thread pitch and thread size for the tibby??

hm... not sure, but a quick call to your local dealership would answer the question. I believe we share the same with the Sonata and maybe civic.

Get McGard lugs. They are the best, lightest, and you won't get your rims ripped off.

if you buy 4 locking lugs, buy the 'spline drive' locking nut that looks like this



not the one that look like this



IMHO the second ones are useless

Spline drives are useless cause in about one minute or less I can take off one wheel. It's called a hardened 5/8 12 point craftsman socket and a hammer. I've now done it on two of my cars, lol

However, Mcgards are good as shit. Lightweight, aint nothin but a peanut

i love my McGARD lug nuts.. you get what you pay for for sure.. they also have the built in torque ring, so when you torque it too much it makes a metal on metal spinning sound.. lmao.gif you would understand the sound if ya have em.

spline drive aren't easy to get off since on most aftermarket rims, so socket wont fit, because you need the THIN walled key.
