at the very least, I would go with a 16 inch rim. You are only being cheap if you do not go with a bigger rim and better tyres. Remember, each tire has less than the size of a piece of paper on the road at any one time.. the sider and stickier you can get that patch of tread, the better your car will perform.

There is NO better or more noticible modification you can make to your car than better and lowerprofile tyres. Without them, anything else you do to your car is a waste of time and money.

I personally run, and recommend, 16 inch rims.

I can't remember the full size I'm running, but it's 50/16's for sure.

Search my man, search...

Check out www.tirerack.com.
Prices are ok, shipping is usually super quick and you get to see what the rims look like on your car before you buy. I've gone through them a couple of times and they've always done me right.

I am running 205/45/16 Perelli P Zero Neros M+S... they cost about 89 bucks a pop plus installation. EXCELLANT tire... great grip in the dry and they can handle a small amount of snow without hesitation.

Yeah, that's what I'm running, 205/50/16's, they kick ass.

I highly recommend Discount Tire, www.tires.com , or ebay. Always good deals on ebay. Just make sure you get the weight of them, a tire combo, and make sure the offset fits our cars.
