I know I've been bothering people with my questions. But , I'm still shopping for rims for snow tires. They have to be skinny so the tire can slice through the snow. It also has to have bigger profile and maybe 14 inch rims. Can anybody tell me some rim and tire sizes that will fit our tiburon? I'm going to the junkyard to see if any of them fit.

with a skinny tire you can prolly get a 65 profile one on a 14 inch rim. i just bought stock sized snow tires, hopefully they will be able to put up with the small amount we get here in Md.

i'd just get some stock rims, or cheap 14's and throw some cheap kumhos on there. i bought asx's and they're great in the show on my 17's.

if you want some snow tires, i suggest they're able to handle well in the rain too. i cannot give you advice on that.

well, Stock Tiburon tires are 195 series, which are too wide for snow. I want maybe 175/65/R14 tires. That should be good for the snow. Can anybody tell me what rim size will fit those tires on our car?

you need 14x5.5 steel rims with 185/65R14 tires (that's what I have now). 175 will be too narrow believe me, it would be worse to drive on dry and wet roads.

also if you have captive brake setup check that steel rims fit. Cause I had to drill holes.
