Looking For White Rims
well, if I must decide... I suppose Ill go with the general census and say the second set.

^I don't think that paint will hold up quite as well as powdercoating. Secondly, I would say the second set of white rims would be your best bet. However, white car would look better with chrome rims I think.
I agree with Mad... those 18s are way cheap on EBay... if they are so cheap, they are probably made of crappy materials. I've seen fairly strong rims get broken on more of a sidewall than a Tib on 18s can offer. I'd stay away from em.
Those 18" would be great for show, but if you wanna use them on a daily driver - it would be rough ride and you should be avoiding all holes on the road. Cause such a thin tirewall as 205/35 almost will not dump any holes.. etc.
And I agree with ^^^ if they cheap - they could be not so strong and not so light.
