ok i want to put the Veilside Andrew Racing V 19" on my '01 tib. Do i have to do a 5 lug conversion to get this rim to fit? does that rim fit and what rim size and offset do i need to get? plus i am getting my fenders "rolled out" 1 inch and i want the rims to be kinda deep laugh.gif

19's are little big for are car. 18 is the biggest most people go. 17's are the most popular. If you do a 5-lug converson I would go with some nice deep liped 18's. But you seep will hurt from turn so heavy wheels.

Any pictures? More info on the rims themselves? Links? If they are only available in 5-lug then yes you'll have to do the conversion.

^^^
I agree, that bodykit is horrible enough without tractor trailer rims going on it.

If you SEARCH, you'll find the sizes and such already listed for your car in many threads on this site.

Please search before asking questions, we've been around for some time and chances are, we've discussed it before.

I'm gonna go ahead and assume that you are a "Show" only person, and I can kinda respect that, but 19's? Just no reason for it. Good luck driving.

i've heard of people rubbing with 17s and eibach springs..i'd hate to see 19s. even on stock suspension. not to mention, your ride quality will be shit.

even with your fenders rolled out, 19s will look AND drive like complete ass on our cars. there is a few threads on the 5 lug conversion, please search and read about those.

just get some nice 17s or 18s.

18's require a very small tire, 215/35/18 usually. Make the ride quality horrible and provide almost no protection to the wheel at all.

19's wouldn't fit, unless you did quite a bit of rolling of the fenders and removing the wheel well liner. It's also very possible that a sharp turn of the steering wheel would also rub or rip off your fender. There have been cases of 17" wheel ripping off a fender of a lowered Tiburon.

95% of people will agree, 18's are too big. If you want 19's for a Pimp factor, you're driving the wrong car. Our cars are better for performance than a pimp factor.
