They can be pricey tho.

 

Dont listen to anybody who tries to play down the importance of weight on the rims.

Unsprung weight added is not good, especially when that weight has to be rotated by your engine, it makes a BIG difference.

You'd like the weight to be as close to stock as possible, and if lighter its even better. Anything over 25lbs would be very noticable, even to the people who don't drive hard, in gas mileage and acceleration.

 

I'm actually thinking about switching out my wheels AGAIN.

^^ The wheels I want now it may kill my look though, so I don't know.....they remind me of my old Motegi FF5's, which looked really good on my car, but that was before my black type r spoiler, and cf hood. My Motegi's were just curbed to hell, so I got new wheels that I've had on just a little over a year now.

 

i've got the FF5's on my tib right now. i love the way they look. they're gunmetal and they flow with the interior as well as my CF altezza's. i just went to the motegi site to check the weight on the FF5 and they are a little on the heavy side at 21 lbs. but i love they way they look and since i'm not a die hard track man the weight difference doesn't matter much to me. also i forgot to mention that in the pic my centercaps are missing because i hit a huge pot hole and a couple of them popped off so i took them all off.
