Default konis

Ok, I looking into getting some Koni Sports for my 2000 tib, but on all of the websites like shox.com they seem to think they will only fit a 97-98 tib. Anyone have a y2k tib with konis?

Oh yeah, I have heard people say that lowering your car raises your insurance raters, WTF?

The struts/springs did not change from 1997 to 2001. So they will work/fit.

They should not be. It is the only drawback to the Koni's that they require you to hack apart your stock struts in order to fit the koni's. I wish they would just sell complete units dammit!

Shadohh,
I'm from Malaysia, and they sell Koni absorber with Apexi Spring for RM1800(whole set) which is about USD461.

That's why, I was wondering if this combination is advisable....
