Just Bought Eibach Pro-kit. Need Some Info
Alright, today i bought the eibach springs to drop the tib only 1.2". The only thing is that I am having a good friend of mine install them for me and we both have a few questions.
1. Anywhere to find the right procedure to go through with the dropping of the car.
2. Any advice that you might have for us.
Thanks guys.

go to an auto parts store and rent or buy a spring compressor. you will need one.
it should pe fairly easy though. unbolt strut from top mount and from spindle on the bottom. swap springs(not sure exactly waht to unbolt to get spring off...cant remember), then put strut/new spring combo back on car.

A search would probably cover anything that anyone has to say, but basically yea... you'll need a spring compressor, and watch out so you don't shoot the spring off it at yourself. You'll be drinking out of a straw for the rest of your life it it hits you most likely.
I helped dropped a 420a eclipse, just wondering if the setup might be somewhat of the same process. I have shot a spring loose before, hit me in the chest and couldn't breathe for like 2 mins. kind of cool afterwards.
ya its basically the same should take you about 2 hours to do.
id unbolt the spindle first and break lines first from the strut after you take the tire off, then unbolt the top pillow mount. the strut will pritty much just fall out at this point.
then compress the sping and undo the top nut and everything will fall apart.

QUESTION:
i am putting these on tomorrow. Wondering if the rotor has to come off. If so, have any tricks to take it off. I ha a bit of trouble trying to get it off when i tried to change them out like 6 months ago.
