before i did air i had apex 2" drop they settled at about 2.5" and i had 18's with 215-35-18 and a +42 offset with no issues. I had air and could slam the car to about 1 inch off the ground with the same rims and could still drive around also... really bounce but could be done.

I measured a 35mm drop (1.38") with my Pedders springs & have had 17"x7" (+40 offset) rims with 215/40-17 tyres for last month or two & I've only rubbed once or twice going up or down steep driveways while turning sharply. It looks like you'd be able to drop it another 10-15mm with no worries at all.

Maybe also get them to lip the front guards while you're at it on the weekend, just to be safe.
