How low can you drop a 2000 tib with 18" rims on it? Can you fit 19's on a tib without rubbing?

You can pretty much do an Eibach drop (1.2") with 18's on without getting too much rubbing. It depends on the size of tires you go with also. 205 is pretty much the widest I would go without having to do some major fender lip bending.

As for 19's...nope...not gonna work with any drop. Even at stock height, 19's will still rub. However, you can go with an adjustable suspension, like an air set up, and you'll be able to fit 18's and 19's without any issues. You'll just have to jack the car up a little higher than stock while driving, so you dont rub.
