I know 70 miles and under 50 MPH, but really how long can I drive on it? i

It depends. The original spare is probably pushing too old to use anyhow, but it might be fine. Check condition with a careful visual inspection, then drive it till the treads are worn bare if you like. It's just a tire.



Put it on the back of the car though.

Well 70 miles and under 50 MPH is just safe. Makes sure to check the manufactured date.
