You understand that the TOTAL distance from the ground to the top of the tire will be the exact same on a 15" rim and a 17" rim right? Because as the size goes up, the tires get "thinner" if that makes sense.
Simple example: A 15" rim would have 15" of rim, and 4" of tire (height wise, if you were measuring), 19" total. A 17" rim (with the correct tire size) will have 17" of rim, but only 2" of tire. Still 19" total. Get it?

Increasing the rim size will not affect your ride height.

That's the reason they look better, because you see less rubber and more rim. Also, with bigger size rims the tires generally get a bit wider, and that will increase performance in handling.

The only disadvantage is that, since there is less tire, your ride quality may suffer a bit, the roads may feel harsher.

Yes, they have the correct bolt pattern and a suitable offset and that size should work perfectly.

Thats a good price, Im thinking about getting them rims you posted but silver and in 16's..Did you buy ours yet??? How do they look and fit??
