wow
to those that said strut bars do jack
you guys are wrong
i got me a strut bar from the dark side....thats right shark racing...
BUT
i got it used from a guy on hp for 35 shipped.... fing02.gif
its way harder to get the wheels to hop and now the tires seem to dig into the turns more
almost no squeel from the tires when i turn hard
now all i need is some sway bars and im set ( i got a gk rear bar but i dont think it helps much...)

Through all of the discussions about strut bars I became confused.
I haven't gotten any yet because
1) So many mixed opinions on which is better I don't know what to get. Although, Kspec looks good.
2) In regards to the center bar, the one that hugs the floor is supposedly better, right?

Glad to hear that that turning towards the "dark side" as you describe was actually a good decision.
I was actually looking into SR's struts, as well as their lightweight pulley set.
They make good products, IMHO. Though I have no experience with any of their aesthetic/performance products, other Tib owner experiences with their stuff prove to be quite satisfactory, non?

glad they worked out good for u. although i dont know what u meant by them not doing jack, ive heard that the sway bars are better but the strut bars do a good job for the ease of install and low cost, ur satisfaction makes me want one soon.

The combination of a good rear sway-bar with your front strut-brace will make a world of difference. The rear sway-bar will do a lot more to keep your front tyres on the road around corners.
