Has any one thought about doing a five lug conversion off the new 03-06 tiburon. I have plans on doing this conversion some time soon like after newyears, but was looking for some advice or just to see if any of you guys done it

i was easily able to find wheels that i like, so i dont think its really worth it.

but it is possible i think.

would the only reason be for wheels? since you don't have captive rotors... you shouldn't have much of an issue...

it is possible. a couple ppl here have switched over to 5 lug.. i believe using the XG350 parts.

I was thinking of doing the conversion because my brother has a GK and will give me his wheels.

Sparticus- What is the "XG350 parts" ?

Any other input would be greatly appreciated.

It will likely be cheaper to just buy other wheels. plus, the GK wheels dont look all that great.
There was talk about this on the forum. do a search.
You could just take your existing hubs/rotors and knock out 3 of the studs and drill 4 new holes and put the studs in the new holes. You would have to have the tools to do this of course. A member on here converted to 4x100 that way. (search)
