Who likes what more, and why?

What are some realistic prices when looking for either of these? I find the KYB GR2s for about 200 shipped, and can't seem to find the Eibach's really, I just keep seeing their springs.

And did anyone ever find the KYB AGX's for a reasonable price?

How will each affect the ride?

No springs for me .. yet.

I believe Eibach discontinued their Dampers for the Tiburon.

from what I understand, the GR2s are basically an oem strut. $200 / set seems to be a standard price.
Now I have personally riden in KayJai's car when he had the complet eibach pro-kit and let me tell you - it felt basically as smooth a ride as stock, but the suspension was amazingly tight around the corners.
I would recommend getting the eibach struts if you can find them, but they cost around $400-$500 for the set and they are super hard to find.

yup, KYB GR2's are OEM replacements, there not designed for lowered spings. but they will handle a drop a bit better then your basic OEM replacements. just dont consider them an actual performance strut cause there not.

id go with a set of tokiko blue's if there avilable.

I would have to recommend the KYB GR-2's. They're probably your best ride and handling for what you pay. Unless you get some serious droppage and suspension parts, anything more doesn't really seem worth it.

KBY GR2 is much cheaper and actually it's way better than OEM struts.

There's not much difference between Eibach and KYB in handling at the corners.

I know because I actually have used them both.

Trust me. you will be happy with GR2s, and you can save money too. LOL

Maybe on your RD's, but I have the KYB and the Eibachs on my cars, and the KYB's SUCK ASS compared to the smoothness of the Eibachs. Ask KayJay, he was on a campaign to let folks know this.

The KYB's are just OEM replacements. They have the same quality, same everything. The Eibach Spring/KYB strut combo works, but it is a bit noisy, and doesn't have the response rate that the Eibach struts do.

Prices vary. I've seen them for right around $400, and I got mine for about $350. I've seen them for $600 too.

The best to do, in my opinion, would be the KYB AGX's, then you have a very nice strut, with adjustability.

HONESTLY, considering the price you can get the struts AND springs in the kit, I'd go with that.

I like my KYB GR-2s. I need some springs. my 2 ton U-Haul trip from Kansas to Texas messed them up... My front end lifts up under acceleration.

If you do some searching, you'll see some pricing that we've listed before. Let me get you some current ones...
