For those who think the APEX springs are loose,
both pictures the car is moving sideways with no counter steer.
Yes thats my car with just about 2" drop with 205/40R17's.

damn i must be weird but i wouldn't be caught dead doing that to my car...In some aspects that is a lack of respect for your car. Sorry but i'm thinking your paint is now shot from the rocks and ****.
O'well...i must agree they are cool pictures but i wouldn't do that to my ride unless it was a rally car

No paint damage to car nor rims. Meguire's wax is the $hit.
by the way thats no strut bar nor sway bars.
Only thing I am sory about doing is that I was stupid enough to leave my windows down. I got about a pound of sand in my car now.

hehe. Not trying to brag about the drifting. Yes thats rather easy on sand. I was more impressed with the sway of the car or lack there of. It rolls only about an 1". Springs are 3 days old only settled about 1/2". And I think that just because of the gas struts from having it on the lift. smile.gif

This wasnt racing though it was drifting. I can see where he was coming from. Most people with that attitude are the ones who are hardcore showcar people. I dont mind it though. They have that right. My car will be a hybrid between the two. I dont drift much. Only on our big cruise days like this one. Only happens like every other month.
Just a little advice for your future projects. When you lower the car..be sure to give it more time than just 3 days to settle before doing any type of auto-x or drifting. You need the springs to have time to embed themselves and settle correctly. wink.gif 3 days isn't that much time. You should really wait between 7-10 days of good driving before anything serious.
Just a small tip for ya!

Unless you use Eibachs... Eibach says their springs don't settle. Mine didn't.

Racing is the sole reason I am doing any modifications to my car.
