Do dampers affect spring rates?
I'm no expert on spring rates and suspension, so be easy on me. Just wanted to know if the damper adjustments make an effect on spring rates? I don't really care if it makes a difference or not, but i want know for general knowledge on suspension.

damper is a setting on the strut
spring rates are a measure of compression for the springs
