Deestibo's Rotors And Pads

I just bought and received Zinc coated drilled and slotted rotors and pads from member deestibo for $150. It was an excellent price and the quality looks alright. I requested he shipped UPS or USPS because FEDEX makes me go to their location. He shipped FEDEX.
Before i bought them I wanted to know some info, like what the pads were made of, and a few other things. The member was very slow to respond and didn't have much information about them. He is a seller on e-bay with alot of good feedback so i was not worried too much.
I checked online and it said it was supposed to be delivered today. So i'm sitting outside of my barracks room sanding my amplifier because i scratched it and am about to paint, and I see a fedex truck roll by. I check online and it says it's been turned down for wrong delivery address. So i throw some shoes on, run down stairs and start off in search of the delivery truck. I go to my work, they say he's already been there. I drive all around and i find a fedex truck. I followed him and when he got to his destination, i saw the truck said express, not ground... So i look around and I see a FEDEX Ground truck in the lot. I run over and explain to him the situation and he gives me my package!!! Awesome!
The package had a giant hole. It was ripped and the rotors were clanking together. I get the package home and this is what I see.

oh, no way man!!! I thought you could go with captive on a non-captive system, but not the other way around.... isn't it just a matter of how it mounts to the rim?
either way it's messed up that they're for the wrong year car.
... just attempted an install of one front rotor to test. The bolt pattern is wrong.... WTF?!?! It's about 100x4 bolt pattern rather then our 113.3x4.

do you think i could just set a stocker over the top of the captive and drill press it?
Or is 1MM of human error out of tollerance for brakes?

After all that, would they work? the offset is about 1/2" smaller on the non-captive then on the captive rotors. has this been done before?
