Control arm bushings
How much of a difference will these make on my cars handling if I get them?

Well, that depends on how good of shape your current bushings are in. Sometimes at this point the bushings are little more than powdered rubber residue. In that case it'll make a significant difference. If yours are in perfect shape, it'll make a minor but maybe not even noticeable difference.
