Choosing 14" rims but what else?

Vehicle: 2000 Hyundai Elantra GLS
I have 14x6 +35 offset 73.1mm hub bore wheels on the J2 Elantra. They fit just fine. You could get some hub centric rings if you want. I just tighten the lugs a little at a time, and have never had any vibration issues.
