Captive Rotor Question?

those are the same rotors i have on my 01 tib but i only have 1 philips retainer screw per rotor.
My rear rotors only have 1 screw (they have a hole for another screw though). Only my front ones have 2...
I can remove all of these screws without any problems right?

ya, remove them if you'd like.
The biggest problem i had with these brakes is that the guide tracks shims are also springs. make sure you bend the flap for more spring tension that wraps down lengthwise across the caliper, it will keep your brakes from shifting and making all kinds of ungodly noises. that pissed me off for the longest time trying to figure it out.
