Brand new H&R springs are squeeking

Brand new H&R springs are squeeking
Is it normal for brand new drop springs to squeek some until they're broken in? My H&R's are doing it. I installed new KYB GR2's with them.

if there was a rubber tube over the coils-... did you remove it?
those act as a silencer. a friend did that when he put a new set of springs on and he had a sqeaking issue afterwards.
