Hey guys,
I'm having a bit of an issue with my Stellar's rear brake cylinders: They wore out and the bore itself is corroded to sh*t. I've managed to pull out some decent spares from my parts car, but I know this will not last forever.
I haven't measured the bore (caliper is at storage shop) but the cylinder reads JAPAN 6.5 (this is MMC brakes, read - Mitsubishi). Can anyone verify their bore diameter? Worst case I can insert the Stellar pistons into a different cylinder.
I need the following info:
-Diameter of your brake cylinder
-Overall length and height of the cylinder
-If possible, distance between bolt holes that fasten it to the rear retainer plate
Pics would also be nice!
Thanks guys.

My guess is that the parts will interchange with something from Mitsubishi, but not Hyundai.
Unless you're trying to keep it stock, might be fun to fab up a bracket and mount calipers from something that is more readily available.

You might go to a parts house with a tolerant clerk and take one of your spares, to see if some old Mitsubishi parts are close, then measure the best looking candidate. This is probably primary research, so please keep us posted if you find something useful.
