Default Brake cooling ducts

Would there be some way to add some cooling ducts that go from the stock fog light area (if you didnt have fog lights in) to the wheel well area to help cool the brakes?

Yes. You custom-cut-and-paste duct work. Unless you have noticed brake fade during a race or long (rocky mountains) descents, it is not required.
