Ughhhhh, here's what you're gonna do. You're gonna search for captive rotors on here, you're gonna search captive rotors on hp.com and then you're gonna search for captive rotors on ha.com. Then you're gonna come back and feel a bit sheepish. Not to be a dick, but this is in all likelyhood the most unnecessarily asked question there is. (maybe "how can i make my car faster" but it's close.)

Do you know if you have captive rotors? If not, the screws are not necessary. They're small and between two of the studs, right? I had to cut mine off, but unscrew them if you can... unless you have captive rotors. Somebody else will have to help you with the captive rotors part

Jonny, why so harsh. If he didnt know a thing about them then why would he even think to search for captive rotors. I mean yes to you and I its just common sense, but for someone that is completely ignorant, the question is a million times better than "how can i make my car go faster".

Do you have 4 bolts betwen 4 studs?
I think you have captive rotors. I have them too. It's PITA to put my winter wheels I had to drill 4 holes in rims.
