well the coilovers will def help from keeping the back from squatting....i think the most logical step would be tires. The new azenis hook like damn DRs in my opinion....

It depends on your traction problems which you havent descibed yet.

If you're spinning the tires, then you need stickier tires.

If you're wheel hopping, then you have sticky tires but a bad suspension. So you could start with springs/struts, then if you're still hopping you can get traction bars. Maybe even focus on moving weight forward.

This is all for drag racing however. Autocross is a different story.

get traction bars... if you can get ahold of em.. which is about a 1% chance..

why do you have one tire thats not good? what do you consider good tires? they arent kumho ecsta are they?

how can you afford coilovers but not an LSD? why do you even THINK you need an LSD. tim doesn't have one on his elantra, and hes got about 430whp.

It's really amazing how much tires can help... The difference between my Nankang NS-1 vs my new bridgestone Fuzions is somewhat comparable to rollerskates vs tires. I used to skid out whenever I took off on a hill. NS-1 suck.

Tim is also on slicks at the track. There's no street tire in hell that will hold over 250whp with or without an LSD. I have an LSD, Khumo 215's, and roast tires through 3rd.
Well, I haven't tried the ET streets though. They may be a little better.

mostly wheel hop but i burn them also.
Traction bars yes im tring to get some now.
And for the one tire bad is ex girlfriend crazy nut.
And yes socks they are khumo.
But they still have good tread on them and pretty new, thats why dont want to switch yet.
Also im getting the nex coilovers that are only like $650 compared to lsd at $1000 or more.
I know I dont need lsd right now but imagine if tim had one,his time would be alott better probaly.
Even know his car is sick as is,and hope to get mine up there some day.

So exactly what tire do you have because that makes a huge difference what exact tire. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/kumho/kumho.jsp just find yours there then people can further help the problem. It does amke a huge difference if you have bald tires too. You burn them? So that means multiple time then? Becasue that can aso mess up the traction by keep on heat cycling the tire theyll get harder every time. Its most likely tires just get some nice stcik ones dont go all out on a suspension then go o Im still getting the same results. Either way you will need better tires like someone previous said Azenis are very nice tires thats what I run btw
