but how do you do it? Do you just cut a piece of fender out?

I hear people always use this term, but I have no idea how it's being done.

I didn't know they made a fender roller.. but I am not surprised. I have done this mod to several cars over the years. Sometimes it was a simple matter of tapping the inner flange of the wheel well opening up and out of the way, other times it required heat, a hammer, a sandbag, and a LOT of finishing to make the fender look good again.
