What does it mean when my ABS and e-brake lights turn on while driving?
When I turn off the engine and start it again, the lights go off..
ABS still functions as it should do..
Anyone?

not sure about abs.
far as the handbrake light, i had a similar problem. my e-brake cable was broken since i bought the car and overtime it came loose from the caliper side.

^^ it's unlikely that a loose cable would trigger the parking brake light to go on; I had my ds cable broken and loose for a couple of months.
Badshaw, does this happen intermittently or is it everytime you drive? Does it matter at which speed? is it by simpling driving, or braking while driving? need more info

It's about 40-50% full
It's either full or it's not. Is it between the lines, or is the reservoir 40% full?

It's fixed. It was the plus cable which was a bit loose and thus not making a good connections with the battery. Tightened up a bit and problem solved!
