Default About tires and quality.

Hi everyone!
I have to change my tires, and I was wondering what tires should I install on my stock rims...My current tires are MICHELIN PILOT SX-GT 205/50/15 and they were pretty good. But MICHELIN has changed the design to MICHELIN PILOT EXALTO which I have heard is not a good tire...What would you guys and girls recommend?

Personally, i recommend kumho 712 supra's
They rule, they're cheap. Check'em out at www.tirerack.com

Once you go kumho, you don't go back. And cummon, stick to the korean theme wink.gif

You can drive my car any-time you like. In fact you are the ony guy I know that is used to driving a strong Tib (you drive your own monster) and I trust you because you are an excelllent driver! Man you are right my old tyres are completely burnt by my motor!!!
As for Auto-Motor-Sport, maybe we should go publish my car, so all the wolrd will come to know what great mechanincs we have here in Greece. Wait till I finish my tunning....
I hope I will get below the 7secong barier at 0-100km...
As for the tires I will follow your advice and Michelin Pilot Sport...
I hope they will last longer....

PS: you guys sholud see the faces at the gas station where me and Turboman refuel our cars...At last Coupe is getting some respect!!

And never forget!!
1)265BHP turbocharged coupe..
2)190BHP N/A coupe!!!

Decker : It was not simple, and I had to pay *much* money to gain that extra horse power. Also note that it is 190 at the wheels and not at the crank. Check the general off-topic forum, and also be patient for a couple of weeks until the tunning is completed...then I will post a list of exactly what has be done to my motor. Keep it mind that it was expensive, but I love the results!

Whats so bad about firestone car tires? My fathers and my girl's firestones are nice and grippy. Firestone is made by bridgestone, so I don't really see to many quality issues there.
I do agree on avoiding the bridgestones that are OEM equipted, but the S-03 and the RE-950 are the two highest rated tires on the Tire Rack with the firestone coming in 3rd with the SS20(?) for the size for that size tire. Just my $.25
