Default 10mm or 20mm spacers

With 17x7 rims on, what would be better to get, 10mm or 20mm spacers?

If it is a 40 offset more than likely it is, I wouldnt go anything more than ten, as it will rubb really bad and the fender well, espescially if you droped at all!!
