Tonight me and my boyfriends jacked up his 01 Tib and my 97 and took his wheels off to see if they would fit on my car, and they did. Really good actually. I had always thought that since 97 has captive rotors that witching rims wouldn't work, but the back of my BFs 01 rims have the exact cut out that my 97 does, a perfect fit for captives. I was just wondering if anyone else has done this and had any problems. It seems like no problems would accrue, but I just wanted to make sure.

I've seen a few RD1s with RD2 wheels, and I think it looks really good. I haven't heard of anyone having problems doing that.
