not sure if this is the right topic but here goes. my girlfreind has a kia rio and we knew the wheel bearing were going out but money was limited cause she puts herself though college. today it went and her car is on the side of the road. she said it grinded and started pulling and smelt real bad so she pulled off and called someone. so my question is (1)how hard is it to change the front bearings? i thought to ask here cause i thought they prob. are close to the same thing on out cars. note: i am not very mechanicaly inclined. (2)is there things that can go wrong. the car is front wheel drive, and it appears the bearing aren't that pricey, so from what i understand (3)i need two bearings per wheel and do i buy seals? or anythign else?
