Yeah. I traded it in. I got a 2003 Dodge Ram, regular cab, short box. It's got the 4.7L OHV V8 and the automatic. Timberline Green Pearl on dark gray cloth/vinyl interior. This thing has a crapload of torque!!!!

Pics later.

better than.

Hyundai - good
slipping automatic - bad
Inline four - good (economy)
high mileage - bad
the fact that I can put the same money into this V8 and get better results - great
Elantras towing capacity - bad

Haters who think I'm selling out - pussies

I'm not selling out. I am still gonna hang around to help with ideas and information for people who still need it.

I thought the Elantra was getting ready to go and I felt that I needed something bigger.

Like I said in the shoutbox. I will be selling the strutbar, CAI with a 3" K&N filter and Elantra tinted taillights.

Not a bad looking truck. Trucks have their uses.

Rams are good trucks. My dad used to own and it was extremely good to him. The only problem was that it guzzled gas like a mofo. I like the looks of it and it sounds good with an exhaust system.

Enjoy your truck! smile.gif

Before I had a Hyundai at all-----

I have always been a hardcore MOPAR fanatic. I think you bought yourself a very nice truck and I am sure you will enjoy it.

I have owned several MOPAR's:

--1996 Dodge Avenger V-6
--1971 Plymouth Roadrunner
--2004 Dodge Ram

I wrecked the Avenger in a very bad snowstorm; I still have my MOPAR Muscle Roadrunner; I traded the Dodge Ram for a two (one for me and one for the wife) 2005 Elantra's (Funny how I did the opposite from you); then I traded in one of my Elantra's for an Alpine White 2006 Tib SE (fully loaded), for my 30th birthday coming up on the 11th of October. (its ruff leaving the 20's behind, but the Tib makes it easier, lol!)

So now I have my fun Tib and my fun MOPAR muscle car too. My Car's = I'm happy!

So far all my vehicles have been fun and I am sure you will have a ton of fun in your new baaaaahh...erm, I mean your new Dodge Ram!
