Fiat pulled out of this country in 1981, the last fiat derived cars were sold in 1987. This Barchetta (Italian for "little boat") was privatly imported. It is a front wheel drive sporty car (not really a sports car) that combined sportyness with a unique style and driveability.

The coupe was a screamer. With the Five Cylinder, 20 valve turbo charged engine it was the fastest production front wheel drive car in the world when it was still being made.

Belive it or not, it was designed by Chris Bangle, the guy currently ruining BMW
