So you can now get a Full Size American pickup truck with a V6 Turbo...
...will the general truck buying market give up their V8s for it? 22 MPG and 400+ ft lb torque is impressive.

I don't see it being a big seller. These are the people that still don't really fully understand the benefits of a turbo unless it's on a big diesel. But, if you offered a non turbo diesel with 8 cylinders a lot of them would probably check that box too over a 6 cylinder turbo diesel.
