Well D helped me buy this car back in jan, ever since then I have been trying to de-rice it but its not going that well. Right now its not even running, i need to replace the clutch I will hopefully do this weekend.

I really don't feel like copying and pasting a lot so I'll just post the ling to my thread on the mx site.

i had a friend that had a v6 one, did the klze swap and ran a 14.4 with just a swap; then turboed it and blew it. then probe gt v6 swap turbo and blew that, then just stayed probe gt v6. they're small cars but for having v6's in them they're not really that fast.

Ehem. I have a klze swapped mx3 and my tib, and they are no comparison. Your buddy that kept blowing shit up obviously had no idea what he was doing, you cant expect it to work wonders with a stock ecu on a kl.

A typical boosted setup will give you low 14's in a tib, and you can run a track proven 13.6 on motor with a kl mx3.. Dont even tell me your tib hangs with him because my tib runs faster than yours and I get spanked by kl mx3's.

If you like the car look for another one and use that one for parts. ORRRRRRRRR buy a tib...

that's soo funny. though naturally i favor the tiburon, i think it's an awesome little car. good job keeping it fit.

i love the gauges though. looks like it needs some minor work 02.gif i see the upholstry needs some of my E6000 adhesive. my advice? run the car down to the ground until you finish school. then once you've got some income go buy a new hyundai.

Who are you talking to there o_O.

How the hell can you say your car is faster than anyones without knowing what they have. You car has only I/H/E from your last update which puts you at par with over half this forum. That just bugged me for some reason.....

My tib hung with his mx-3 easily and if it were 5-spd would out do it in a heart beat. A tib without a torque converter could easily keep up with a klze mx-3
