Did these cars come like this as an option from the dealer, or is this guy just another tool trying to make his car look like a Subie, like that one Accent owner?

positively just another tool like the accent owner. they would never ever come this way. kia and rally never have had anything to do with one another. hard to tell from the sh*tty pics, but it resembles an Evo 8 spoiler.
