Ricers by definition : A group of hot rod wannabe's that take for the most part a base model economy car (Civics', Cavaliers, etc) and install all sorts of goofy shit like Shopping Cart Spoilers, Cutting the springs to lower the car, ridiculous exhaust tips and/or mufflers (Kazoo's that do NOTHING but make it sound like a pissed off weed eater), Neon Lights, non-functional Hood Scoops, and more than anything else RACING STICKERS while 99% of them rarely perform ANY mods to the Engine itself! The real drag racers think of these people as POSERS!
