New Hyundai regional HQ and Distribution Center 350,800 square foot facility provides increased service to dealers
Hyundai has celebrated the grand opening of the new central region headquarters and parts distribution center. The 17 million Dollar (US) facility, located in Aurora, Illinois, will service dealers in the Midwest. 70,000 part number locations are available and the facility has room for an additional 50,000 locations in the future.
The floor plan is divided into 320,000+ sq feet of warehouse space and 30,000 sq feet of office space, with 35ft ceilings and 26 exterior truck docks.
Hyundai's central region contributed 20% of the manufacturer's national sales volume.
