My neon is boring... 2003 4 door, 5 speed... Just nothing specail its a nice car though...
Beacuse of its boringness I always find myself rushing on my tib.
I can't rush on my tib.
So I'm looking for something nice...
Under 12K Preferrably.
Something with a little bit of balls but still good gas mileage
Options so far:
02 WRX - $12 K - Far side of budget, but a nice car
High Mileage (60K) S2000 $12 K (rare price) (if I can find one at the time when I buy)
Car must be newer then 2000 and less then 70K Miles

Vehicle: Turbocharged 2001 Hyundai Tiburon
Two nice choices, id go with the WRX to be honest, turbo's FTW and you wont be badged a "honda boi"
Plus since its a DD the WRX owns with its 4 doors and higher practicality

Did you ever think of a truck or something that can pull a trailer, it would be nice if you had something to tow your car to the shows with, theres nothing worse than hitting a puddle on your way to a show Or if something breaks on you at the track you won't have to worry about paying a fortune to get it towed home. It might just be me but I always need a truck and a car, my truck makes thing alot easier for me with anything from picking up some sheetrock or transporting my dirt bike.

if i were you i would just buy another tib from a memeber on here. it will give u a second car and also save you on the gas. the wrx and s2000 both sip way to much gas. i would spend maybe 4k on a good miles stockish tib and call it a day.

Another Tib would be a cool, a GK maybe. The v6 seems like it would be a cool dd.
I would defenatly go for a wrx. Or even a 2.5rs. My friend got a 01 rs super clean with low mileage for about 10k. very nice.
I don't think a s2000 would make a good dd. But there are nice cars.

Why does it have to be newer than 2000? Do you know how many cars that are 15 years old and are still nicer than the POS's being produced these days?
Unless you get an STi, you'll break the tranny when you try to launch it. And that's one thing you can't afford.
Try a 84-89 300zx turbo for $3000 in excellent condition
Or a 90-96 300zx twin turbo for around $8000-12000
Or a 240sx which could later get an SR swap once you're done with the Tib.
Or a C4 Corvette for $10000-12000
Or any LS1 powered car..........

Because the financing company that approved me for up to $33,000 at 7% requires it be newer then 2000. Everywhere else I have to get a 'personal loan' with like an 11% interest rate to get a car older then 2000.
