Well this just takes the fun out of keeping a beautiful car beautiful. No liquid wax, spray wax, car wash wax, drive through car washes, etc either! WOW! So basically you can't drive it or do anything but hand wash it.

I would wonder about long term ownership and holding up in areas using salt and road treatments in the winter, rust, etc.

 

It is the same deal with the matte gray Veloster turbo. Or really any matte paint job.

 

so aint that just primer,base coat and no clearcoat?

 

Matte clear vs. gloss clear. Will take a sheen if rubbed, waxed, polished, etc.
