Picked up my new ride this past Saturday. It is a 1992 Suzuki GSX1100F Katana. This thing really has some freakin power. Here is a pic and I will post more up later this week.

NICE WHEELS!!! fing02.gif

I wish I could buy a bike too but I'm afraid of having 150 hp between my legs... I like speed and 3 seconds from 0 to 60 mph and about 180 mph max is way too much for me from 2 wheels ride.

Again very nice bike! fing02.gif

Stock the bike has about 140bhp and can run a quarter mile in 10.1 seconds. I really like it for the most part. Really hard to get used to the power and throttle response. Here is a good example. Running down the road at 40mph in 5th gear if you crack the throttle (go to full throttle) the front wheel picks up a few inches before coming back down. Yummy smile.gif

Yeah its my first bike. But smile.gif I have been riding on bikes since before I can remember. My dad has a 76 full dress Gold Wing. I was looking for a smaller CC bike but look at it this way:

Bike Year: 1992
Miles: 3,500
Owner: Bought from original owner
Condition: Droped once in drive way (small scratch on mirror, lower fairing, and 1/8" crack in upper fairing behind turn signal) but becides that perfect condition
Price: $3,499

Considering the prices bikes are going for today it was cheaper for me to buy this than try and find a 600cc bike to out grow of in six months.
