Hubcap Removal For A 1993 Lebaron

Trying to do the brakes on my GF's car and I cant get the damned hubcaps off..anyone have any ideas, and ive already tried prying

if they are like the caps that were on my 14inchers.. you have to pull the lug nuts off first. If her's have an exposed Lugnut.. that is what is holding it on.

Heh, I just noticed it was for a lebaron.. I think they lock on.. there should be a special tool that fits into a hole in the centre that undoes the bolt hidden there.

pry harder? wink1.gif when you pry on the hubcap, where does it feel like its being held back? maybe take a picture and post it, might help.

also, i find it hilarious that the guy that did a 4g63 swap on his elantra is having trouble with hubcaps. lmao.gif

Prying with your hands? or with a screwdriver/wrench? could be an actual rim just look real shitty lol

well there are no holes, no clips and no exposed lugnut.... im cornfused

Just looked at a set of those hubcaps on a site and it looks like its the type held on by the lugs.

thought so too but when i tried to remove them then they just stripped because they are plastic

omg peeing on them worked! lol j/k i got it i just pounded on the screwdriver with a hammer and that worked, its easy hell to do brakes and front rotors on those cars, took me about an hour once i figured out how to get the hubcaps off of them
