well my brother gave up and drove the rocking boat downtown to get it checked. Mass Air flow meter, and o2 sensor is the problem.. he decided to let them do it. and the Grand Total is........ $846.81 .. i think thats a rip but my dad wanted them to do it rite and he feels more confident that if this aint the problem, they would find out eventually.
im pretty sure i would be able to do all that. its just the matter of plug and play.

Damn lol... Thats like $400 in labor... I can't imagine the MAF sensor being more than $300, and o2 sensors are like $100 tops. I wish I could rape people out the ass for that much money.

The MAF is $468.00 OEM. o2 sensor is $146. and the rest is labor. I kno how yas feel about the price. I would "hands down" take it in my own hands but oh wells.

Those are dealer prices though I would expect... getting those parts used/out of a junkyard wouldn't have been too difficult. Of course you didn't know what the problem was though.
