got rid of one tib, got a mazda 6
No, i didn't get rid of my tib, the gf did. it was getting to be a money pit even though it was still gettting 30mpg just alot of little things were going out every month so time to get rid of it.
we bought this sept. 1st. 2004 mazda 6S 3.0 v-6 5 speed just rolled over 41k when bought.
I know several of my FB friends have already seen the pics but i hadn't put down all the info on aftermarket parts it has on it. here is the list:
CP-E CAI http://www.cp-e.com/content/mazda6s-...2%84%A2-system (don't have a heart attack when you see the price, lol)
CP-E long tube headers http://www.cp-e.com/content/mazda-6s...-header-system (again, don't faint at the price)
CP-E rear engine mount http://www.cp-e.com/content/mazda-6s-engine-mount
Magnaflow Catback exhaust http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/shopexd...all&id=7028
Sniper Coil over plugs
Racing Beat front sway bar http://www.racingbeat.com/FRmazda6.htm
Racing Beat rear sway bar http://www.racingbeat.com/FRmazda6.htm
aftermarket endlinks (company unknown at this moment)
Veilside body kit (FYI this car was the test bed for this kit, very first one in the U.S.)
50w 8000k Slimline HID's with angel eyes and eyelines
full LED conversion on interior and exterior
autofolding LED side mirrors
VIS CF evo hood with NRG hood struts
Potential Motorsports C/F Grill (damn nice piece)
Motegi Racing SP5 18x7.5 rims
Hankook Ventus V4ES 235/40zr/18 tires (it's gonna hurt when we have to replace these, lol.)
full set of prosport gauges (oil temp/oil press/ water temp in center console from CP-E http://www.cp-e.com/content/mazda6-m...eed6-gauge-pod
even came with a prosport boost gauge and AEM wideband (prior owner was going to boost, never happened.
I know I have missed a ton and keep finding out more about this car every day since i can actually talk to the prior owner and he is cool to give me the info. he is actually a admin over at www.6crew.com . funny thing was the first damn name i saw when i joined there was monoxidechild. small world eh?
i added the links for my own personal use and will continue to add more once i find out more info.

Wow....got dam that is quite a sick car you have in your hands now. Must be pretty fun to drive huh? Hmm although the veilside kit doesn't look as outlandish as most veilside kits tend to look. . . . LOL

Is it a mazdaspeed 6?
Definitely some work put into it. It NEEDS a drop, but then your kit will be on the ground. That's really the only thing (besides it being a mazda) that i don't like about it smile.gif I think it would have looked better with the carbon hood non painted.
And wow, i thought we paid a good dollar for aftermarket parts. The price for the headers is ridiculous.

see guys i would love to drop it also but the front is only 2.5 inches off the ground with the 18" rims. I have found that most if not all veilside kits make you run 18" rims just so it is drivable. my only dislike of veilside kits.
no it is not a speed6. turbo 4 cyl with AWD would be fun but one thing that scared me what the 4137lb. curb weight. with the exact same mods other guys and gals on crew6.com with the 6S they have dyno specs around 245 hp/250+TQ.
4th gear at 5k rpm's will get you 90 mph, scarey enough for me right now.
