Ford Focus ST
Buddy of mine bought a Focus ST. Some people might remember him, his user name is wilburisthecoolest from back when he drove a J2 Elantra.
Anyways, yesterday a few of us got together and now he has 3" mandrel bent exhaust with a "muffler" that is 3" long. He is still running the factory downpipe. It's a fun car for being wrong wheel drive. Did some pulls in a parking lot. Enjoy!

I've driven the ST a fair amount. And I've driven a VT and a regular Juke, but not the Nismo.
The ST is much more dynamic than the VT in every way. The DBW isn't annoying on the ST (although it sadly is noticeable) but in the VT it was a huge buzzkill. The ST gets a ton of attention form car enthusiasts, but ignored by the general public because it's a Focus. The VT gets mostly ignored by car enthusiasts but a fair amount of attention from the general public because it's different.
I don't mind the Juke, I might test drive a Nismo model. The regular Juke obviously isn't very exciting, but I actually kind of like it.
The ST is stupid expensive for a Focus, but the VT is not inexpensive for a hatchback Hyundai either. If a reflash could speed up throttle response on the VT (and add 50ish horsepower) it could be a lot of fun. I didn't dislike the car, but it tried pretty hard to use electronics to kill all your fun.

I would vote for the ST out of those three. VT is for casuals, but tbh I can't comment on the juke as we don't have an upside down one yet. It looks silly, there.
The focus ST reminds me of these:

Test it first. I wasn't impressed by the Juke at all, and like the Veloster REALLY wanted to love it. From what I've heard about the Nismo there's not much going to be happening extra under the hood, with only suspension mods making it remotely intriguing. I am glad they priced it appropriately, but retaining the 1.6L (I recall the rumor being a 2.0) and not even 200hp, it's bound to be depressing. The base model bored me to tears if I can be honest. I love the styling but I want more go from the factory. The Abarth would be my choice of the compacts, and even that has major faults.
