Well I found her at a local dealership being sold as-is (missing a front bumper cover and hood) for only 3000 Dollars! She has only 75000 miles and is running on the 232cid, 3.8L, V6. Smooth as all hell too, I look down at the speedo and It feels like I'm only going 40 when I'm really doing 70. Only thing is... It's an auto-tragic... BUT! I just started compiling parts for my auto->manual swap which is going to take place next time the cold season comes.

You know, a manual conversion would be the perfect time to add a liter or two of displacement and a couple more cylinders. Just saying. Oh, and I think they got you the wrong car b/c that one has a bumper cover and hood. laugh.gif

Bahaha guess so, if I was gonna do any kind of swap I'd do th 4v Mach1 Engine with the T-56 6-Speed transmission... But for the price of that I'd just go buy a mach 1. I was actually considering turning around and selling tis baby for like 5000 just because I bought it for so cheap.

Yeah, because dealers aroun here still want 6-8 grand for one of these, and any private seller in NH selling a 10 year old mustang is NOT gonna run too long. Plus, I have a 2 year warranty I want to milk out for a while. and possibly save up for the M112 supercharger kit for the V6 that runs for $2800 on the pony forums. That thing literally doubles stock horsepower and will eat and GT for breakfast. all while saving me thousands in gas and insurance =)

Thanks man! I actually just got the chance yesterday to completely wash her good (inside and out). Got a meguiars cleaning kit for Christmas and put it to good use too. after she was all washed she got two coats of Meguiars gold class carnauba wax and a coat of turtle wax Ice on top of that. Some tire spray and wheel polish topped it off and it looks better than the day I bought it =o
